By checking the box at checkout and completing your purchase, you (“Client”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
All Sales Are Final
I understand that all payments are non-refundable under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with campaign performance. I acknowledge that all sales are final.
Platform Ownership and Control
I acknowledge that Audition Forum retains full ownership and control of its Instagram account(s) and has sole discretion over how content is posted, displayed, moderated, and managed. This includes the right to delete comments, block users, and control engagement without client input.
No Guarantee of Results
I understand that Audition Forum does not guarantee any specific results, including impressions, engagement, clicks, or conversions. I accept full responsibility for the risk associated with campaign performance.
Content Editing and Approval Rights
I acknowledge that Audition Forum may edit, modify, or adapt any content I submit to fit its platform and brand standards. I understand that Audition Forum may reject any content or campaign at its sole discretion without explanation.
Campaign Rejection and Refund Policy
I understand that if Audition Forum rejects my campaign prior to publication, I will receive a refund minus any transaction or processing fees incurred.
Content Ownership and Legal Responsibility
I confirm that I have full rights to all submitted content and that it does not violate any copyright, trademark, or other legal protections. I agree to be fully responsible for any claims arising from my content.
Scheduling and Delivery
I understand that posting timelines are not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. Delays may occur due to platform issues, technical factors, or content revisions.
Limitation of Liability
I agree that Audition Forum is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the service.
Force Majeure
I acknowledge that Audition Forum is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside its control, including platform outages or unforeseen disruptions.
Governing Law
I agree that this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Acknowledgment and Acceptance
I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to all terms listed above.
