Summermusik (Cincinnati Chamber Orchestra) Section Viola

Compensation: 2025: $125 per-service + $10 expense reimbursement; 2026 rate TBA

● The Season currently consists of the Summermusik Festival in August, which
includes 4 full-orchestra Mainstage concerts, 4 Chamber Crawls, and 3 ALAMs. Any changes will be detailed in the Individual Contract.
o Chamber Crawl: An informal chamber music concert taking place in a traditional or non-traditional public space, such as a restaurant or club. Chamber Crawls are curated by rostered musicians who develop the
theme of the concert and choose the repertoire.
o ALAM (A Little Afternoon Musik): A matinee chamber music concert,
which may take place in a traditional or non-traditional setting.

● There are additional performance opportunities throughout the year, including
small ensemble community engagement concerts and the We Are One Festival series, which includes at least one Mainstage performance.
