i dont think it will be. from what i've heard they've changed some of their audition procedures. atlanta principal trombone was a no-hire this time only because the person took another job instead.
Two candidates played rounds of excerpts with the orchestra on Tuesday. Last I heard, they have still not been notified of the results. Not sure what’s taking so long.
